Neurobehaviorální testy
Neuorbehaviorální testy - Predikce chování v pozdějším věku
Nječasnější testy novorozenců
The NNNS
- Developed to evaluate the early neurobehavior of infants at risk because of exposure to illicit drugs, prematurity, or other risk factors.
- The Maternal Lifestyles Study used the NNNS to assess the effect of prenatal exposure to cocaine and/or opiates on health and neurobehavioral outcomes throughout infancy, childhood, and adolescence.
- Vhodná doba testování nejdříve od 3. dne po porodu
- Timing of the examination particularly affected 6 scales:
- Arousal
- Excitability
- Lethargy
- Quality-of-movement
- Hypotonicity
- Nonoptimal-reflexes
- Do 12 h po porodu
- High variability of curves for the cumulative percentage within the normal range
- Based on ordinal logistic regression, 20 hours after delivery seemed to be the earliest appropriate time for performing newborn NNNS examinations.
- NNNS scales not significantly affected by timing of the examination were:
- Habituation
- Attention
- Regulation
- Handling
- Asymmetry
- Hypertonia
- Stress abstinence
