Abdominal pain, weight loss, and jaundice are the main presentingcomplaints but generally occur late in the disease course. Prognosis ispoor, with a 1-year survival rate of less than 20% and a 5-year survivalrate of less than 5%. Non-resectable disease is seen at presentation in75% of patients, with metastases (mainly to the liver and peritoneum)present in 85% of these patients
